Make pizza together by the creek
We welcome you to a beautifully set dinner table by our blazing wood fired oven. The oven is located in our small picturesque cottage garden adjacent to a large Victorian villa, all overlooking the Catskill Creek. You are surrounded by tall trees, herbs and vegetables and the sounds of the rushing river. Upon arrival, we give you an introduction to the space and the pizza baking process.
What we provide
Prior to your arrival, we fire the oven with our own hard wood up to 750F, the ideal temperature for pizza baking – a process that takes 3-4 hours and requires constant attention. Pizza peel set, cutter/cutting board, cast iron cookware, beer and wine opener, utensils, dinner and glassware, filtered water from our own well and cleanup after your dinner is provided. There is a bathroom, fridge and a cooler available to guests.

2 – Pre-order dough and toppings of your choice. For an additional fee we'll do the shopping and prepping for you. After your date is confirmed, we will send out a list of selections for you to chose from. Price varies depending on food selections.
