Cooking, baking, and crafting fresh pizza is a truly delightful experience – a slow, intentional art that invites hours of peaceful planning and enjoyment. Whether you're savoring the process or simply unwinding by the fire with a glass of wine in the evening, every moment is meant to be cherished.
Relax by the river
Enjoy cooling off and tubing right here on the property. Grab a tube (we provide) and head into the water. Explore the Catskill river, its rapids, water holes and natural whirl pools, then end with a rinse-off in the shared outdoor shower (a private outdoor shower will be available summer 2026). Furthermore, take in the evening and the sounds of the creek by your own fire pit, wood and chairs provided.
The chickens
We have a sweet small flock of bantam chickens – six hens and one gentle rooster. The run protects them from predators, such as bald eagles and red tailed hawks and even raccoons. Feel free to give them a scoop of grain (provided in a marked milk bin). They will love you for it!

Located at 705 Route 23B in Leeds, right off the NYS Thruway (I-87) at exit 21, the Visitor Center is open every day, from 8:30 am – 5 pm weekdays and 9 am – 4 pm weekends and holidays.
