Can I charge my EV at your house?
We don’t have EV charging available on-site, but there are convenient public charging stations nearby in Catskill and Hudson . If you choose to charge your EV at the cottage, please note that additional fees may apply, which could be higher than public charging rates. We recommend planning ahead to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Here are a few stations nearby:

What time is Check-in and what are the instructions?
The check-in window is 4 pm – 10 pm.
The instructions will be sent to you prior to your arrival via the Airbnb messages center. It is always a good idea to let us know when you plan to arrive.
What is the Check-out instructions?
Our check-out instructions will be mailed to you via the Airbnb messages center the evening before your departure. However, here is a preview of what they are:
Gather used towels: Leave only used towels on the floor of the bathroom.
Throw trash away: Put recyclables in the green bin and trash in the black bin by the mailbox out on Crystal Point Road.
Turn things off: Cold weather season: set thermostats to 55 degrees. Warm weather season: turn off the AC. Close windows. Turn off lights.
Lock up: Make sure you lock both doors when you leave.
Return key: After locking the cottage, place the key(s) in the lockbox and scramble the numbers.
Additional requests: Return items and furniture to their original places, both indoors and outside.
What if there is an issue during my stay?
If there is any issue during your stay, please reach out to us right away via the Airbnb messages center. We'd like a chance to immediately help you out and fix it if it is in our power to do so. If we are on premises during your stay, call Susanne at 917-250-1437.
Are there any farmer's markets in the area that you recommend?
Yes, there are quite a few good ones. They are all listed in our Guide Book. Many of them are cash-only (still!) so be sure to bring cash.
